With rhythmic shadow-boxing to rock beats and air guitar workouts, we expand our movement repertoire, and we’re having a blast, too. Boxing can be an elegant dance in which everyone can find their personal style. This individual style becomes more and more unique, and is helpful in both the boxing ring and in life – where we want to rock and dance.

Nevertheless, champions will confirm: outside the ring too, success alongside fulfilment cannot be achieved without any effort. For this, we need inner and outer strength and stamina.

No sport requires skills as physically and mentally complex as boxing. We will awaken hidden physical abilities, develop them, and learn new ones. We will train to our heart’s content, from head to toe, and with body and soul.

BoxRock pays great attention to strengthening the core and the muscles surrounding the spine. As part of reducing aggression, we give anger an outlet in junkyard sessions.

From general fitness and specific boxing athletics to maturing in the ring with technical-tactical training and preparing for competitions, the focus can be adapted to each individual. This training is also highly effective when modified: medically rehabilitative and therapeutically adapted, either for back fitness, body shaping or weight loss. Depending on necessities and requirements, elements may include: exercise-relevant medical anamnesis, nutritional analysis, as well as targeted preparation for projects, examinations, and competitions.
